I’ve jumped on the kale bandwagon, right after all the trendy-foodies, health-nuts and a bunch of others did. I bought my first “thing” of kale a couple of months ago, from the farmers market in Williamsburg. A shit load for two bucks. I just fried it in a pan with some olive oil, and some salt. It was addictive, or maybe it was the salt talking, but now actually crave it when i go out to dinner, or when I’m thinking of what to whip up at home, and doesn’t take too long to make. Plus the shit is amazing for you, of course better without salt.

I came across a simple, and I mean simple recipe for kale chips. Good to hear as they charge up to ten bucks for a smallish bag of them at your nearest Whole Foods. All you do is toss the kale in olive oil, throw some salt in there, pop it in the oven for twenty minutes at 350 and bam, kale chips. Recipe/steps by A Desert Fete.

Meanwhile my sister who can be categorized as a health-nut kale fan keeps sending my a bunch of kale salad recipes which all sounds amazing. Like this one by Fresh365.
